Gina Murphy-Darling, Mrs. Green, since the age of 7 has been a compassionate activist and has continued to build a reputable resume overflowing with public service. Gina has been a Tucsonan for over 35 years where she has raised 3 children and now is a grandmother to two grandchildren.
Mrs. Green Goes Mainstream is a radio talk show that came about from a terrifying fact about lipstick containing lead and the amount of lipstick that women consume throughout their lives. Knowing that no amount of lead is healthy inside a human body, Gina wanted to get the word out to her fellow women.
Her talk show now provides the “Average Joe” with everyday tips on how they can do their part in conserving our planet. Gina knows that many of the issues related to keeping a “healthy earth” are confusing, especially because there are so many, and this is why she has dedicated her time and energy to educate the public.
